Kick the Core!

‘Kick the Core’ is an exercise class designed for runners of all abilities who wish to run better and avoid injury.

The session consists of specific core strength exercises aimed at strengthening and activating important stabilising muscles, interspersed with running drills to help improve running technique.

This combination of exercises, many of which are high intensity, also means that participants will feel the benefit of a great workout which will improve general fitness and burn calories.
